State Farm® Insurance Agent Mickey Marrone

"Applied online November 3rd to get a quote to add my wife to my car insurance and got a voicemail from Paulina November 5th. Called back and spoke to Ariana who told me Paulina would call me back when she was done with a client, she never did so I had to call them back once more to get her on the phone. Told her I wanted to know how much it would be to add my wife and she sent me another voicemail November 6th saying “your wife has been added to your policy”. Fast forward to a week later and I have zero information showing my wife was ever added to anything or more importantly how much it was going to cost like I had inquired about in the first place. This seems like a terribly inept office, I have no idea why I need to wait a week for a car insurance quote or why I need to follow-up to get these people to do a job they should be doing in the first place?"
